By using Ledgerly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Ledgerly does

Ledgerly reads photos of receipts, invoices and delivery orders and extracts the data into a Google Sheet stored in your own Google Drive. It's a bookkeeping aid — always check the extracted data against the original document before relying on it for accounting or tax purposes.

Accounts and plans

• Each Ledgerly account is tied to one Google account, verified through Google sign-in.
• Free and paid plans each come with a monthly limit on the number of documents you can scan. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (Malaysia time).
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the app; changes are prorated automatically.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of your own business records. Ledgerly's AI extraction can make mistakes — always verify important figures.
• Don't use Ledgerly to process documents you don't have the right to process, or in any way that violates applicable law.

Availability

Ledgerly is provided "as is," without guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service. We aim to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app's features from time to time. Continued use of Ledgerly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
